A community for UX designers, product people, and leaders who want to sharpen the human skills needed in the age of AI – with open rooms, course spaces, and regular sessions, all designed to help you connect, learn, and grow together.

The Fika Room is taking a summer pause and reopens 24 August.

In a time where things are moving so fast, having a trusted circle matters more than ever

That’s why we’re starting the Fika Room. A safe and trusted space, free from bots and the bias of click-bait hungry algorithms. Our goal is to support you, wherever you are in your journey. And to build the skills and connections that are needed in this new phase of design, products, and services. We hope to see you there.

Storyboarding for Presentations, Workshops & Deliverables​
17 June - updated light-bite course launches Learn how to use storyboarding to step back, connect the dots, and work out what actually matters before jumping into prompts, presentations, workshops, or deliverables.
In-depth conversations on the UX Fika Podcast​
New episodes every Tuesday The final few episodes of our current, and fourth, season 'The Founders' will be out in June with a few special ones coming after that. Make sure to follow us where you normally listen so you don't miss an episode.
Get ahead before the summer starts​
More soon Fitting in learning, budget and time-wise, can be a challenge so we're releasing our planned autumn sessions with super early bird pricing so you can plan ahead, and have more budget left.

A peek inside

What to expect inside the Fika Room

When the Fika Room reopens on 24 August, you’ll find dedicated spaces designed to keep things focused, helpful, and welcoming. Think of these as separate rooms, or tables, in a café.

All our memberships come with a 7-day free trial so once we reopen after summer, step through the door to see what’s inside (and set a reminder to cancel if you’re unsure). Though we hope you’ll become a regular visitor and member.

Fika Room Membership

We have three membership options, all fika themed of course. Each one comes with different access so you can choose the one that fits your needs.

The Cup

$9 / month

About the price of a fika. Perfect if you want to join the conversation and stay inspired each week. Includes:

Memberships runs from month to month and you can cancel any time. 

We’ve been there and know how hard that can be. If you’re a student, out of work, on maternity/ paternity leave, or live in a country where prices are completely different, send us an email to anna@uxfika.co and we’ll work something out based on the membership you want.
